We launched Zoho Books in 2017, in line with the UAE’s 2018 VAT rollout, securing instant resonance. A 360° campaign combined media briefings, press events, op-eds, and executive positioning, highlighting Zoho’s affordability and scalability. Within the first year, Zoho achieved 300% month-on-month growth, with the Middle East becoming one of its fastest-growing markets globally. The brand is now recognised as a trusted name in business technology and a partner of growth several for government entities across the region.
